This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to GT&C Sections 7 and 8 of Gulf Run’s Tariff and shall constitute notice of an event of Force Majeure at Gulf Run’s Panola Compressor Station located in Panola County, Texas and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

This unplanned maintenance will occur on Tuesday, September 15^th, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of Wednesday, September 16^th, 2026, at 09:00. During this time:

·         Panola Compressor Station will be limited to a throughput capacity of 900,000 dth/d.

·         Point Operators located in the impacted area will experience higher pressures.

Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this unplanned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions.

As more information becomes available, Gulf Run will notify its shippers by updating this posting.
