Subject: Force Majeure Event - Bloomfield Compressor Station (Located on the San Juan Lateral)
 
Reason: The Bloomfield Compressor Station has experienced a mechanical failure. Valverde Service will be unavailable for Gas day 10/28/26

Gas Day October 28,2026 

Harvest Valverde Capacity will be reduced from 230,000 MMBtu/d to 0 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day October 29, 2026

Harvest Valverde Capacity will increase from 0 MMBtu/d to 230,000 MMBtu/d.

Harvest Valverde will be the ONLY interconnect affected by this outage.
