CRITICAL NOTICE - SAME DAY - OVERAGE ALERT - WEST OF THOREAU AREA December 15, 2025 Due to low line pack in the WEST OF THOREAU Area, Transwestern is declaring a Same Day Overage Alert in the West of Thoreau Area for the current gasday, December 15, 2025. Any Operator of a delivery point in the WEST OF THOREAU area at which actual quantities exceed scheduled quantities on this Alert Day shall be subject to Alert Day charges in accordance with Section 22.4 of the General Termsand Conditions of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff. Based upon current operating conditions, Transwestern anticipates that this low line pack condition will continue at least for the entire current gas day. Transwestern will provide additional information concerning this Alert Day condition as necessary. |
