This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to GT&C Sections 7 and 8 of Gulf Run’s Tariff and shall constitute notice of an event of Force Majeure for unplanned maintenance at Gulf Run’s Vernon Compressor Station located in Jackson Parish, Louisiana and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

This one day unplanned maintenance begins Wednesday, July 2^nd, 2025, and is anticipated to be completed by Thursday, July 3^rd, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. During this time, Vernon will be limited to a throughput capacity of 1,200,000 dth/d.

Based on current nominations, Gulf Run does not anticipate impacts to its primary firm services. Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case-by-case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this planned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the details of this posting change, Gulf Run will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until further notice.
